First time I purchased one that felt this real.
I've bought two other types of male masturbaters,

This is my first purchase of such a product, never thought I would get the sensation of the real thing. It really works, just add some good lube and you're all set! Highly recommend this product for starters. It is about 4 inches long and made out of silicone which quickly adapts to your size and girth.

this one is a good deal sturdier than other comparable priced units. It is very tight, and may tear easily if you don't use a good lubricant, and it is ribbed on the inside which makes it feel really nice. I recommend it if you're tired of the same old 'handshake'.
