This bag is great for my laptop and school books. It also has a cell phone slot and spaces for water bottles.
only downside is the front pocket is tiny and doesnt open much

Very good product, but shipping was incredibly slow. I waited for about half a month to get this product.

I love this bag. I couldn't have found a better backpack for the price. Plenty of storage space and it's really comfortable to carry around.

I bought this from amazon, it is in good condition, but after putting in my laptop, the space left for me to put some books is really limited. Anyway, it is a good backpack.
Nicely designed and constructed backpack - but a bit small for a 15.4" laptop October 20, 2008
The design and quality of this backpack is 1st rate. I like the Swiss logos throughout the bag and the many different pockets. However, I own a 15.4" Dell 6000 laptop which barely fits into the laptop slot. When zipping up the pocket where the laptop is in, the zippers are scrunched right up to the corners of my laptop. I have to apply more force than normal to zip shut. If I were to drop my bag accidently and one of these corners hit the floor, there wouldn't be much impact protection. Overall, the cushion protection of this bag is far less than my Targus backpack which has "air-foam" padding. But then again, at $30 this bag is half the price of my Targus bag too.
Because of the laptop constraint (for me), I probably will just use it as a regular backpack since it's very well designed and looks good. And unlike my Targus bag, it's fairly compact. Actually, for $30 it's nicer than other regular backpacks at that same price range. And I could always throw a laptop inside if I wanted to.
