Awesome December 12, 2008 I'm so happy I purchased this nursing shawl. I feel so comfortable breastfeeding in public with this on and it's so light weight I don't feel like the baby is uncomfortable. I would definatly buy another one and/or use it for a baby shower gift as this shawl is just awesome.
Insufficient coverage for breastfeeding October 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
While the fabric is nice and soft, and the shawl is attractive overall, this product fails miserably in its fundamental task: providing coverage for public breastfeeding. Although it gives you adequate fabric in the front, the shawl is so short on the sides that it exposes the bare skin of your abdomen when you lift your shirt from the waist up to breastfeed. I suppose it would work well with specially-designed breastfeeding blouses which open from the shoulder downwards, but you definitely cannot use it with regular shirts.
Useful and Attractive Nursing Cover September 17, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is my first nursing shawl, so I can't comment on the others, but I love this one! It easily folds up very small in the included pouch, so I can take it everywhere. It's very lightweight and breathable, so I feel comfortable nursing my little one underneath. In a pinch, I can use it as a blanket to lay my baby on or to shade the carseat, and it's washed very easily. It doesn't have one of the hoops I've heard other nursing covers have, but I have no difficulty peeking at my baby when I want to, and when I'm sitting in a restaurant or someplace else, no one would know I'm nursing except for the feet sticking out!
Best nursing shawl ever! May 30, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is the best nursing shawl ever! It covers very well, doesn't fall off but still gives the baby plenty of air and space to breathe. The reviewer who gave it one star just couldn't get the hang of it, because I never have a problem. I highly recommend!
Best nursing shawl out there, hands down February 13, 2008 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Ok, this shawl does it all. It covers up mom and baby with enough neck space for mom to see baby. It's light and airy for hot weather. It covers front AND back (something other covers don't do). It also works as a blanket, stroller sun cover, table/ground cover for resting and changing baby. It can also be used as a poncho when pregnant or post partum. Lastly, this perfect shawl comes in its own carrying case so it stays clean and compact to take anywhere. I love mine so much that I give it to almost every mom-to-be that I know. And, no, I don't work for the company. Oh, and did I mention that the colors in which it comes are really versitile?
