4 out of 5 stars If you have a Bumbo seat, get the tray too   October 24, 2008

We bought a Bumbo seat with our 3rd child and loved it. The trays were just starting to come out when he was outgrowing it. I had always said that I wish I had owned the tray. We had our daughter this year and I bought a tray. It is great since I feed her in the Bumbo seat. The only down side is that it is kinda tough to put the tray on and lock it into place. I have thought I had it on and discovered that I didn't a couple of times. It is also handy to have for putting toys on so she can play. Since we have our almost 2 year old in the high chair, this is a great alternative for meal times. If you own a Bumbo seat, I would go ahead and get the tray. It is very reasonably priced as well.

3 out of 5 stars Functionally ok, but installing/attaching is a pain   August 28, 2008
Installing: Trying to insert the bottom tray piece into the tray itself was a major pain (I have two of these trays). I had to get my husband to put these together.

Attaching: You attach the tray to the Bumbo with your kid already in the seat. It can be a little tricky because you need to make sure their arms/legs are out of the way so they don't get pinched.

Functionality: My kids like the trays so they can lay their toys on there. We are not to the solid food stage yet, but, you can also use the try for feeding as well. At an early stage, its nice to use the seat without the tray so they can see their little toes.

This is a cheap tray and its just hard to put together due to the plastic pieces, but it does the job. The tray is not real thick...so its not very bulky - which is a good thing.

3 out of 5 stars :)   August 9, 2008
My daughter likes to play with the tray itself! Glad I got it though as it helps her stay seated back while I feed her
