 Great product January 6, 2009
It worked perfectly. I was on 11 hour flight with 1 year old. She usually can't stay at one spot for more then 10 min. The Restraint System helped keep her on her sit and she even fell asleep. Everybody on the plane commented how smart and easy to use the system is. Don't bother taking a bulky car seat, this system is a perfect substitution.
Life saver January 6, 2009
I traveled home in a 13 hour flight from England to Utah. I was alone with my 1 year old and 2 year old. It gave me peace of mind with my 2 year olds safety. Plus I only had to lug around one car seat. I plan on getting another one for my son, and just checking our car seats next time. It made my life a whole lot easier. All those parents who have tried to take car seats on a plane will know what I'm talking about. Excellent product!
Best In flight child restraint system ever January 6, 2009
I was looking to save my back and my DH's back by not lugging a car seat on the cramped space of an airplane. This was the answer. It weighs only 5 lbs. and fits in my carry-on. The only thing bad I have to say about it is that my DS is a little small (at 2 y 2m) to wear the harness. The top harness (the one that goes around the airplane seat) slid down to his shoulder height and he could slide his butt forward and almost get out of the harness in flight. Over all I am very pleased with the harness and will use it again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Beats carrying a car seat! December 20, 2008
Really like this product. SO much easier than lugging around a car seat at the airport. I mean, just consider, you have a choice of carrying around a one pound or so set of straps that easily fits in a diaper bag vs. a 20 or more pound car seat. Once on the plane, it took less than two minutes to install and less than a minute to uninstall (granted, I practiced with it a little before I left, but it didn't take much to figure out).
I highly recommend this product. Just wish it was a little more reasonably priced, but for the convenience factor, I think it is worth it. Flying with kids is enough of a hassle in itself, and this product really does make it a little easier.
