While Sovage works well to soothe chapped lips, I got absolutely no benefit in the plumping department that this product boasts of. I cannot recommend this product in the least on the basis of its plumping capabilities. It does provide a nice gloss; however, I can think of a lot of good lip glosses that don't cost the same as a tank of gas.
