I have tried every possible combination to find a way to view the color choices for this lip pencil product page. If I cannot see the color associated with a 'name' I can't order. Please can someone out there who has ordered give me a clue. At this point, I HATE the product because of this listing either thru Beautiful Perfumes or Amazon is USELESS.

i found this product a few years ago and have been looking for it. it is wonderful. the color is great and it stays on. very easy to apply. love it.

I wish the system to choose the color was better. I thought I was choosing well, but it is too brown. The lid cracked right away, but a little tape took care of it.

After reading several other reviews telling to stick with natural colors, I bought the "Pale". It looks white on me. It was not as creamy or moist as I was led to believe. On the bright side, it is a good lip liner and lipstick all in one; if you find a good color for yourself. The color did stay on for several hours.

First of the product was delivered late.. When I opened the package one of the 3 lipsticks broke and was all over the other two.. I called and they rep gave me a form to fill out about the damaged one and faxed it back.. I then was suppose to receive a RNA number which was coming in the mail so I could return all products.. They wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee.. A week later I called and told them I did not receive the package and number to send back the product.. The sales rep said it just went out yesterday and she was not very professional.. Telling me that they were short handed.. etc.. I wrote an email and finally someone told me that I would not receive a 15% restocking fee etc.. The product went back the day after I received the RNA number and I have not heard from them since.. I sure hope my card was credited.. To me this is no way to do business. It is a lack of communication and customer service.. So needless to say I had a terrible experience..
