I've been using it for about two weeks to remove waterproof mascara.
I have to absolutely drench the facial cotton(s) to even make a dent in removing my mascara or all it does is smear the mascara around. The saturated cotton facial on top of all the rubbing really makes my eyes sting and get bloodshot. With the drenched facial cotton and the rubbing, the remover gets right in my eyes and really stings.

I concur. I also have suspected what another reviewer commented -- that Sephora changed the formula for whatever reason. This used to work great, but my new bottle does nothing at all.

This product actually used to be great, however Sephora changed the packaging, and apparently the formulation, and the new product is awful. It won't begin to remove non-waterproof mascara. The best you can hope for is dark smudges under your eyes, which won't scrub off, no matter how much product you apply. Dont waste your money!

This eye makeup remover is SO bad; it doesn't work at all. I wipe it over my eyes and it just goes over my makeup, NONE comes off. If I use more of it, it just smears my makeup, and still takes NONE off. I gave it 3 tries before I threw it out. Am I missing something??

i love sephora, so i was really disappointed when this product didn't work. i was compelled to write a review because it works so terribly bad. sure it takes mascara off my lashes, but it just rubs it on my skin. i look at the cotton pad, and there's no makeup on it, just the blue liquid. i try to use the pad to clean the mascara off my skin, and it does absolutely nothing. still, nothing on the pad.
