 Bad Ending January 9, 2009
I love EJD's books. However this book did not end right. Since the Strawberry blonde killed Detroit basically for Gidenon...why didn't they let her live? I don't think she was going to come after him because she had a chance to lead Detroit to him to kill him, but she risked her own life instead. Plus I was waiting to see if she and Gidenon was going to get together(if you know what I mean). This book was NOT as steamy as his others. That was kind of disappointing.

The Gideon trilogy are great books filled with suspense, intrigue, sex and love. Once I started reading them I could not put them down. I absolutely enjoyed reading all three and I think Eric Jerome Dickey is a fantastic author.

If you read Sleeping With Strangers and Waking With Enemies then you must read Dying For Revenge. It is a book that is hard to put down. Eric Jerome Dickey leaves you on the edge of your seat at the end of every page and every chapter! I hope there will be a 4th book to this trilogy. Eric Jerome Dickey..... you out did yourself on these!!!!

The peron i purchased this item from sent it in a speedy fashion. The book itself was incredibly hard to put down. From the firt page I wa hooked and again i was all over the world and hanging on to every word typed by dickey on the page. You will not regret uying this book. I dont want to give out any of the detail becaue everything matters but you will not regret your purchase. :)

I didn't enjoy this book at all. The only reason why I finished it was because I had the first two books in the Gideon Trilogy on my mind and they were really good so I thought this one had to get better. Dying for Revenge has nothing on the first two. There was a couple of interesting parts but since most of the book was blah, the highlights were overshadowed. It was so hard for me to get through it. It took me about 3 weeks to finish it and it never takes me that long to finish a book. The length of books don't bother me unless they're boring and this was. It would've been shorter if there wasn't so many unnecessary descriptions. Also, he brought back those run on and fragmented/one word sentences in full force (but I think I'm the only one that bothers). I don't know what his next book is going to be but I really hope he comes a lot better than this.
