compact portable and has a back space key! November 10, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
very handy item for creating excel or similar spreadsheets. Keys are easy to see. Couldn't be happier with mine.
Works with Mac October 6, 2008 Had a Targus that said it was Mac compatible but it didn't work with MS Excel for Mac. This Adesso does work. Simple and portable. Great retractable cable. I just wish it had a "skin" for it.
works July 25, 2008 Works as advertised. I found the cord long enough for my Macbook, could be a bit short for the larger Macbook Pro however.
Plugged it in and just started using it, no software setting to change, then again I'm using the most current OS on the Macbook.
Pretty Nice July 10, 2008 I bought it for a MacBook which has no keypad in the keyboard. It works well. The retractable cord is a nice touch. I am a musician and use it for a music program, Sibelius. When I first plugged it in to the computer, there was a message trying to identify it as a regular full keyboard, but I just escaped out of it, tried it with the program, and it works fine with the program. A couple of the keys aren't recognized but it works for MOST of what I would like it to. Over all, pretty nice.
Just what I needed May 1, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am a teacher and bought this to speed up the process of entering grades on my laptop. My MacBook recognized it immediately. I carry it in my bag, so the zip feature of the USB is especially helpful. I do wish it was a bit longer, since the USB ports on the Mac are on the left, and I'm right handed. I have to pass the cable behind my laptop which then gives me less slack to position the keypad in my lap or on a chair arm, etc. But that's not enough to deter me from giving it a 5 rating. It sure has saved me a lot of grading time.
